Final Conference of the EEA KeyGeothermal Project

Promotion of the GeoModel project during the final conference of the EEA project KeyGeothermal, April 16, 2024, Warsaw

The final conference was held in Warsaw on April 16, 2024, summarizing the activities and achievements of the EEA project “Capacity building of key stakeholders in the area of geothermal energy”. Over 100 people took part in the conference. Among them were the addressees of the KeyGeothermal project, including: operators of conventional and geothermal heating plants, management representatives and employees of the Ministry of Climate and Environment (the operator of the “Environment, Energy and Climate Change” Program), the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (the institution supporting the operator).

During the conference, there was a review of other geothermal projects co-financed by the EEA FM and the NFM (2014-2021 edition) with the participation of teams from Poland, including the GeoModel project.
